We collect only what we need to run the store: your name, email, shipping address, order history, and — if you join Evergreen Circle — your membership preferences. Payment card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored on our servers. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to fulfil orders, provide customer support, send order & shipping notifications, and — only if you opt in — marketing emails such as the Evergreen Letter and abandoned-cart reminders. We never sell your personal data.

Our cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or essentials only. Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser.
4. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email care@fauxfloras.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line — we respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
6. Data retention & security
Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes; marketing consent records until you withdraw them. Data is encrypted in transit (256-bit TLS) and access is limited to trained staff.
